1. ACC concrete cement
ACC concrete cement is a type of concrete mix where cement is used as a binding material. This cement may be a particular type of cement-like high alumina cement, rapid hardening cement, portland slag cement depending upon the specific requirement of the construction. When cement is mixed with other ingredients such as coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, and water, concrete starts to gain strength due to a hydration reaction between cement ingredients and subsequent water formation of different bogues compounds.

ACC concrete cement comes in a sack bag and is used for major construction work such as dams. Thus, Mundra group accepts bulk orders of cement bags and makes it affordable for every engineer/ customer.

2.ACC 43 Grade Ordinary Portland Cement

The initial setting of ACC 43 Grade cement is slower as compared to 53 Grade cement. In other words, the hydration process and consequently, the release of heat is moderate and therefore, the occurrence of microcracking is much less. It can be easily controlled by proper curing of the concrete/masonry work.

If a project requires very high strength cement, only then the use of 43 Grade OPC is recommended. ACC 43 Grade cement is used in general civil construction work such as residential, commercial and industrial structures
